• Payment-related identifiers and status from Stripe when card checkout, connected accounts, refunds, subscriptions, bundles, or billing are used.

• To operate grids, login links, player invitations, reservations, score updates, payment status, winner displays, and manager tools.
• To process manager billing and Stripe-powered card checkout when enabled.
• To send transactional emails, such as login links, invite links, assignment links, payment updates, contact-card emails, and winner notices.
• To prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, payment misuse, and unexpected infrastructure costs.
• To support, debug, secure, maintain, and improve the app.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, email delivery, payments, caching, queues, logs, security, and analytics. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Managers are responsible for the contact information they import or enter. Managers should only add contacts they are allowed to use for game-related communications.

The app may use imported contact data to generate invites, assignment links, payment reminders, winner notices, and manager-controlled communication templates.

The app may use cookies, browser storage, IndexedDB, local cache, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, cache app data, improve performance, and protect the service.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the app, support managers and players, satisfy legal, payment, tax, accounting, audit, security, or dispute requirements, and protect the service.

Some grids, archived records, payment references, logs, or winner records may remain after a user stops using the app when needed for operational, compliance, or dispute reasons.

You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, audit, payment, or dispute reasons.

Managers can also correct CSV contact details, payment defaults, invite templates, and grid settings inside the app where those controls are available.

We use administrative, technical, and operational controls designed to protect the app and reduce misuse. No system is perfect, and users should protect login links, invite links, and account access.
